I’m sincerely not familiar with the colloquialism. Even to this day, I don’t even know wtf “over easy” really means, and I’ve lived almost 3 decades in the US. Part of it is because I rarely eat breakfast out in restaurants and mostly it’s because the terms are borderline nonsense.
