Finally he has a move that actually takes advantage of his time control abilities. Definitely impressed with him although I would really like to see some applications for the slow down super.

I think the coolest touch they could give to Viewtiful Joe is if he wore his mask when facing Doom, Dormammu, and any other “boss” type character (such as Wesker or M. Bison). Maybe he could wear it when he activates X-Factor.
I’m curious to see if his Level 3 Super “Slow and Zoom In” will still juggle the enemy.

As of right now, yes. But some characters have more than two level 1 supers and one level 3 super (Morrigan, Wolverine, Hulk)… And we haven’t seen all characters level 3 supers yet.
Super-Skrull’s level 3 super (one where he teleports and comes crashing down onto opponent, does cinematic auto-combo) used to be a level 1 super in an older vid, so who knows if any characters will have level 1 supers turned into level 3 supers.
