Official Empire Arcadia Sanctioned Event
I have spoken with the owners of the Vendor and this will be a Battle Field Arcadia #3 event. Battle Field Arcadia’s wishes to change the way the local competitive scene in competitive gaming by adding new elements and experiences to the scene. We are currently working on a “LEGAL” structure for money matches for games. We are currently in talks with a “LEGAL” organization that puts odds and money up against matches that will be “LEGALLY” structured. Stay tuned for more information.

what exactly is the battlefield arcadia dojo exhibition?
In our last two tournaments at the previous venue, I’ve been logging the winners of the tournaments. I’ve put the top 8 winners in a ranking system, (a simple one) that will keep the tabs on the top players. The top 4 EMPIRE ranking players and the top 4 non EMPIRE ranking players at BattleField Arcadia #5 will be invited to the ARC for a exhibition match that will be LIVE STREAMED to the community.
These top 4 players will be able to play against the Empire’s best for Sponsored Prizes and exposure to various gaming companies that we market to. It also helps to expand the scene and other players “OTHER” than Empire Arcadia, through EMPIRE ARCADIA players. This gives players a better chance to show case there ability, where as it would have been snuffed out because of the top tier players who continue to win many of the tournaments.
In other words… its not about winning for us, its what we do productive with the win. This is how we give back to the community.
We will be doing this for games other than SF4. Stay tuned for Blaz Blue, Tekken 6, Soul Calibur 4, Smash Brothers Brawl and more.

The only problem with holding those games is that it would be pulling the community backwards. People would then want, Super Turbo, MvC and all of the older fighters which would be serving a smaller section of the community rather than focusing on the majority to help push the scene forward.

This tourney is going to be a good one guys. Nice venue and great area. Many restaurants outside to choose from if you’re into different tastes. It’s one block away from the (N).
