mechwarper is definitely the mvp of this brawl, shit’s unfuckwitable. only thing i’ve seen that beats it is revenge, and that still requires you to get to 12 health and then not die to hero power

power word glory is really good at shutting down most minion-based decks, you can play mind blast in the other slot and nuke someone in two turns, or be a troll and play flash heal/mind control/antique healbot/elise

I think the funnest Mechwarper combo is Gorillabot. I haven’t played a single game yet where I did not fill the board by turn 3 while still having plenty of gas. There are some amazing hits possible too like Jeeves, Enhance-o-Mechano, Mimiron, Metal-leaper and more.

Evolve + Bilefin is a fun combo. I have been swimming through mechwarpers all night.

Brawl is super fun.

Hard counter to minion (except Evolve and similar) decks is Mind Blast, Power Word: Glory.

Dummy warrior OP

this brawl marks the first time ever that i have gotten the full 100 gold in a day.

You know what, this happens to me too. So that’s why the game keeps crashing on my phone.

I just fought an Ice Block/Fireball mage. Fuck this brawl

Guess I’m possessed.

Apparently it’s a widespread problem. Blue acknowledged there is an issue yesterday.

Mechwarper + Gorillabot is silly, but probably both the best and most interesting deck in the brawl. I saw a guy play flametongue + evolve too, cool stuff.

I used Chromaggus + Innervate. =3

Theres so many crazy decks, and theres not any that are unbeatable.

I think the strongest is mechwarper/leaper from hunter, its a consistent turn 3 kill.
Mechwarper/Gorilla bot is a bit stronger in the mid game, but nowhere near as fast a kill.
Mechwarper/Iron Sensei is a lot like leaper, only its slower (no instant buff) with the tradeoff of making your guys bigger and harder to kill.

Aside from the mechwarper decks, theres a lot of really sweet combos being run.

Hunter can do beat synergy, with timber wolves and either on the hunt/dragonhawk/boars/webspinners
Warriors running Training Dummy + Bolster for some crazy draw

On the control side, druids running cold light+naturalize wrecks face
Mage with leviathan and fireball can do some serious damage, especially wrecks the coldlight/innervate decks.
Iceblock/ice lance is a viable stall tactic

I played a pally running noble sacrifice/secret keeper
Pyromancer/Equality is legit control

Knife Juggler/Forbidden ritual is a powerful combo
Dragonhawk/Power Overwhelming is a lot of damage

Mind Blast/Flash heal is good for burst/survival
Auchnei + circle can control the game well enough

Every class has their bullshit gimicks, and theres no one deck which is unbeatable. I find the mechwarper variants the most top tier though.

This brawl is great for racking up gold because matches last like 3 turns before one person concedes. I’ve played a pretty wide variety of decks, won and lost to mechwarper. I’ll probably craft one today to play around with variations, I’ve played about all the other popular combos.

I think the worst thing, is its literally that your deck basically decides who wins more than the gameplay; I think I had maybe 1-2 games where the decks were close enough matched that skill and outplay came into it, instead of just rushing face damage. One when I played On the hunt/timberwolves vs a murloc deck, and another when it was secret keeper/noble sacrifice vs the same timberwolves deck. (I had win 5 hunter games + 40 spells so thats what I played : P )

This tavern brawl is pretty stupid overall. Just get one of the OP combos and hope you get a favorable match up and good RNG. There is no skill or real strategy to it at all. By turn 2, the match is already decided.

Good way to get dailys, but little else.

You’re missing the important thing: FUN!

Combos never before possible are now being run. If you can’t see the enjoyment in that, then I dunno

Yeah, since matches are so short, it’s actually interesting to try out weird combos even if they don’t win. Also, it, as stated before, great way to grind out 100 gold relatively quickly.

This is easily best brawl since the co-op brawl imo. I actually want to play it and test stuff.
It’s pretty fucking dumb, but that’s how brawls work, so… yeah.

This brawl is stupid fun. Very stupid, but at least it only takes a minute! And it’s fun to try stupid stuff.

it’s almost a little too fast, once you’ve exhausted your list of ideas (and it doesn’t take long with how quickly matches go) you’re basically just sitting in queue, instaconceding to decks that beat yours, and autopiloting your simple decks to easy wins.

you’re basically botting for wins, but without the botting
