Zoo is probably the best bet; face hunter too but you can use hate cards (oozes, kezean mystics) vs face hunter, while to sideboard against zoo you’d have a much harder time
wouldn’t face hunter need at least some epics to work?
Grim patron would likely be a good deck.
edit: I should not be winning with this arena deck at all. Hunter deck with almost no direct damage lol.
I dont think that face hunter runs any epics at all, the only thing it MAYBE runs is leeroy or something, otherwise its already a budget deck out of the gate lol. Some run snake traps but its not really required at all.
Face Hunter hasn’t run Leeroy since the nerf. Can’t be going above 3.
Hunter in general is very cheap unless you want those Snakes.

I can’t decide between 3 things with my dust. i have 1800 or so and i need to choose:
sneeds old shredder
ragnaros
or a bunch of epics to make freeze mage. (i need echo, and ice block)
rag > sneeds
I gotta figure what I should make next… Got another 1600 dust, debating either Harrison Jones, Mal’Ganis, Jaraxxas, or Baron Gedden.
Also debating epic cards for more decks, but who knows lol… Seems like a waste of dust at this point.
Baron should be last on that list.
Depends what you want to make. If you’re looking for dat Demon Lock, Mal’Ganis. Handlock, Jaraxxus ERADON LORD OF THE BURNING LEGION! Do you hate Hunters, Warrior and Paladin? Put those bastards in a Museum.

Yeah I wanted to do a demon deck, hence why I would like to craft either demon legend… I’d still need to craft a bunch of giants too, though, probably.
Hybrid Hunter = Face Hunter with freezing traps and 2 cards over 4 mana. The innovation is real.

Demonlock plays fine without giants, sample list. The slower variants with watcher aren’t that good though, might as well play handlock at that point.
I think hybrid just means combining the existing face hunter and mid range hunter. They got to give hunter more cards that encourage different ways to effectively play the class.
overall i 100% agree with you. but sneeds would fit so perfectly in my feign death hunter deck that i’m considering it. otherwise there wouldn’t be a decision here
