Only thing is, you’re more likely to draw the epics from packs then the legs, so in a way it makes sense…
but imagine if you opened a leg you already crafted, thats 1200 dust gone to the wind
Up until quite recently I had a hard time getting epics from packs. It was only my last two spending sprees that I got a crap ton, but by then I already dusted to craft most of them.
Think the only time prior to that that I crafted a legendary was when I pulled a normal BK after having a gold one. So dusted the gold to get a Dr. Boom when GvG dropped.
Holy…*&^%!? How are some of you getting that many legendaries? Is it from consistently doing 7+ win arenas, and playing arena constantly? Cash?
I played and mostly did just dailies on both accounts since a bit before release, didn’t really spend any money. Before Naxx I did plenty of arena on both accounts and averaged 5 wins but with dailies and a fair amount of 7-12 wins, and rotating between 2 accounts it was more or less infinite. If did eh on some days on one account, i’d just go on the other and start using up gold there while the other gets gold back from dailies.
Oh I spent money. Don’t think I put work into it lol.
When the game was in beta I played a ton, and I mean a ton, of arena.
I’ve also spent around $50 on packs, plus the $50 on the adventures.
If you want to unlock cards, either you spend the $ or play arena in my opinion. Also always trying to reroll for the higher gold quests is a simple way to get more gold.
Control warrior needs specific legs I have most of them and only needed to craft a few. I have so few legs I doubt I will see a double for awhile. I have a good amount of necessary epics for a few classes.
It’s hard to not to suggest crafting classic legs, especially when advocating arena. I really wish they gave you tokens to purchase whichever packs you want.
I need way more classic cards than gvg. 0 ancients if lore, no Alex, jaraxxus, or antonidas. I don’t even have violet teachers! I only recently crafted defenders of Argus to finish my zoo deck

edit x 2: bunch of 7 and 8 wins in a row…drafted a priest deck now, 2 legs in a row, could have had double windrunner lol (went with windrunner + thaurisian instead) . Got a molten giant right after too

been averaging 6 wins now
bad thing about averaging 6 wins is that you generally get commons and shit as your secondary reward. Ah well.
Seems like all the good decks I make ends up getting 1-2’d and then I shoot up to 6-2. Then occasionally I’d have a mediocre deck but then my first 3 opponents end up being ass and I go 3-0 and then start getting a loss or two up til 5 wins.
Lately I’ve been going 7-9 wins, and sometimes more, but never 12. And they’re always like “Here, have another Target Dummy.”
However, I realise when I get an absolutely horrific drafts that go 0-2 wins…I draw Legendaries. I’m conflicted about my relative success in Arena nowadays.

Yeah, you tend to get better packs when you go 0 or 12.
So, anybody wanna speculate on the impending hearthstone annoucement? They’re gonna be announcing something soon, probably within a week or two. I know there’s a lot of buzz about a murloc expansion lol
