Made a mech mage for daily today. Turn 2 unstable portal pulls Sneed. Turn 4 Sneed gets corruption cast on it, turns into Kel’Thuzad. Gg.
Any tips for Arena Paladin? People tell me it’s a strong class, but I feel my play for Din is much worse than Rogue (my best class, surprisingly) and Mage (super strong in Arena, I think universally agreed).
I think I’m not using my hero power enough…
My last Paladin stats were 5, 1, 3, 3, 3, 1.
I think pally is overrated. It has a lot of good 4s so I find having early cards to get you there is valuable so prioritize strong 2s and 3s early. Ogres and the 6/6 that buffs everything are always great to. As well as the 4/4/ 2/2 for 5. Auto pick any conc’s blessing of kings hammers 4 drop sword all great.
Remember curve is the most important thing and you should be alright. A great pally deck is far from unbeatable though because it needs board control. If you need the gold always pick Mage when it’s up.
Edit: you can have too many of the pally cards never go 4 of those and consider not going to 3 with most depends on your other cards.
Pally is not overrated at all. It really is a strong class in Arena. But some of its power is lost if you don’t get a hold of some of its tempo cards like Shielded Minibot.
Truesilver is a game changer if you get it.

Paladin is not an overrated arena class, they are super strong.
They have game changing cards that directly counter strong shit going around. Aldor can wreck opponents, equality can be amazing, they have excellent weapons, and concentration is a fantastic card.
They have probably the best arena class legendary other than Antonidis in Tirion, and their hero power is now a thing to be feared because of TOARMSMEN, oh yeah, and they have a bunch of class specific heals and draws.
Paladins weakness is that their burst damage is ass. If you can turn your arena runs into a grind for your opponent and fight them on the board for everything, paladin is sick.
Finally I have Ragnaros the Firebro. I am pretty content with what I have now. He’s been the one I’ve wanted since I started just hasn’t been a priority.

I had a webspinner give me The Beast. it got BGH’d as soon as it got played. He really did have The Beast in his sights.
I played a Druid yesterday and he let a shade grow to 11/11 without attacking. I played Mind Control Tech and it stole the shade. He was so sad.
That can be said of most legendaries, but I’ve had a stellar track record of baiting BGH and Mind Control while having the removal to deal with it.
Just last night was tinkering with my Paladin in ranked and figured the Cleric had mind control in hand while I had board dominance and lethal. So tossed down Tirion while I had BK. Sure enough he did MC to try and save himself. Played BK to kill Tirion, instant concede lol.
Crafted a BGH and Force of Nature with extra dust so I can be a cool kid, and make a damn Druid deck for once.
