I’m playing Rogue in arena for the first time in a while, and I disagree with that appraisal of Tinker’s Sharpening Oil completely. In 5 games, that card has gotten me unexpected lethal 3 times.
I also actually drafted 2 cards I didn’t want because the other options were bad: fel reaver and wailing soul. Ironically, they work amazingly as a combo.
Well I’m fine with you taking it with a grain of salt. Like I said, I barely play Rogue. It just felt really heavy in my hand.
I’ve had a 1-1 priest arena sitting there untouched for a month or two. Using it against these GvG decks is tough but interesting. 4-2 so far.
Why does all this stuff come all at once? I bought dragon age inquisition, then about an hour later got an invite to the alpha for heroes of the storm, and now gvg coming out a bit earlier than I thought! All good things, but man all at once

Double Blade Flurry will be so good now, going to be really swingy but that might be what we need to keep up in card efficiency.

Well he won at 0 wins, he actually had solid cards. he just makes dumb plays sometimes lol.
Nothing like dominating a game, being up 30-10, having a solid board, the opponent only having two cards in hand in Hunter.
Said cards end up being Foe Reaper 9000 and Molten Giant.

Just went 12 wins with Priest. Gidbinn Stalker is exactly what Priest needed for early game, since it allows you to dictate early trades and abuse your hero power + various buffs, such as PW: Shield and Velen’s Chosen. Lightbomb is also super dumb for catching back up on board.
I still can’t play priest for crap, i tried and went like 3-3.
Floating Watcher is dope though, got 8 wins on both of my Warlock runs because it would just take over games. It was crashing into Ironbarks and living with ease.

Faced my first Malorne today, didn’t expect it to happen that early. Stupid deer.
Also went 8 wins with Warlock on first day. Grabbed double floating watchers (could have had a 3rd). Only reason I even lost my last game is cause game flipped out and dropped my turn.
Yeah watched a friend via spectator mode running lock with 2x floating watchers. It’s a fucking beast lol.

Also yeah Spectator mode has been one of the greatest things to come out of the patch.
