too bad its actually only 3200 gold, you can get 2 legendaries out of it at least. Question is, which 2 do you want/need the most? Rag and Sylvanas? Black Knight?

I mixed up having strong midgame board control being together with the term aggro, thanks for clearing it up.
I really need to think about my play in arena; its been REALLY sub-par as of late. I don’t know if more people are catching on or what, but it has been becoming harder and harder for me to get 9 wins. I think everybody is catching up in regards to what are good draft choices, etc.
It’s easy to lean towards thinking that you’re on tilt when it can simply be a streak of bad luck, assuming you’re stepping up your game as well.

1 pack had fucking Tirion and the gold priest epic Mindgames. \o/
NICE! I had a crap arena run yesterday evening but I pulled the black knight! So I was stoked on that.
Edit: soooo what do you do when you draft mage and get NO fireballs, flamestrikes, purples…you go a weird midrange stall game!!! This should be awesome.

Made this with Tirion. It’s strengths are kiiinda gimmicky but im enjoying stomping those nerfed murloc decks with this. Somewhat solid early/mid game but not as solid as other decks. Generally if I cant make trades via my minions and forced to nuke small minions I lose a lot of momentum, otherwise I’ll have fairly strong board control.
Buffing true silvers with Captain green skin for that extra 1 attack/1 durability is surprisingly good or throwing him down on ash bringer for a 6/4 weapon which is terrifying if no one has a ooze.
Gruul is there because why not.

Super short one.
Ran into another lock with this pally deck. Had a faerie dragon, argus, 2x equality and concecrate, argent protector, and a loot hoarder over the course of the match. Went by super fast.
…because much of his “board control” was twilight drakes that got equality x2’d
After a full night of running this deck, it’s a lot more well balanced than I thought. I haven’t gotten a truly bad hand yet while i’ve had plenty as rogue.
Also I’m kinda interested to see what a Lock control deck looks like. Lately i’ve been running into just former murloc rush decks that gets slapped aside and would be cool to make a lock deck that people generally won’t expect.
I think the generic Giant deck is a pretty good start if you want to play control Warlock, Jaraxxus is pretty mandatory though. I think adding 2xVoid Terror and Sylvanas is my favorite twist on that deck but I’m sure there are others as well.
Do you get any wins with Gruul or is he mainly played to bait stuff for Tirion or is it the other way around?
Speaking of gimmicky, I also finished my Paladin deck (dat Tirion pack). 9/9 Turn 3 Blood Knight isn’t unheard of.
I like the idea, but I don’t understand Redemption in that mix, what is it used for?
The Redemption is good for bringing back Harvest Golem (get the deathrattle 2/1 and another 2/1 to generate another deathrattle token later), Loot Hoarder (double card draw), Argent Squire or Scarlet Crusader (bubble comes back), Leeroy (double charge), or even the Argent Commander or Tirion. It’s a pretty good card, as long as you are gaming it so that your opponent can only kill what you want to come back. Nothing sucks as much dick as getting a 1/1 brought back.
Any beta keys floating around? No Culdcept game in the foreseeable future, so Hearthstone will have to do.
LOL I just finished the funniest arena run ever. I drafted a Rogue deck that looked like shit cause I started 0-2 and was getting creamed. Then I won 11 in a row with funny combinations. The last one was I put an Assasin’s Blade then buffed it with 3 Deadly Poisons so I got a 9/4 weapon, and that was the game I lost lol. I was going crazy with a turn 3 8/8 Van Cleef and shit during my run. My highest cost creature was a Lord of the Arena, maybe that’s why my deck was so good.
I got 95 dust, 210 gold, a golden Earthshock and the shittiest booster pack for my troubles.
