Yup. Another loketest like what happened at Anime Expo. Supposedly all 10 chars will be playable too (6 known + 4 unknown). EVO2K8 is loketest central, lol.

Me too, lol. Only thing is you would have to register online for EVO in order to even play BB, TvC, and SFIV. I think its like 50 bucks now because its more or less late registration. Playing GG and sampling the games would’ve been too much IMO.
It just had to be EVO 2K8 to feature these games for loketest too, lol.
My timetable would’ve looked like this for Fri and Sat:
50% of time = playing GG
40% of time = waiting in line to play BB, TvC, and SFIV if applicable
5% of time = actually playing and losing at the games
another 5% of time = contemplating whether to stay at current game or go try another one
yep0 woulda been playing the loketests and trying my hand at turbo…

What’s going down Monday? Just got back from a GoW Tourney, and I don’t even know how to play. I took a round though killed the team with the chainsaw.

no, it was a gamestop tourney. we watched a vid about GoW2 prior to the tourney, and we were like “:wtf:wtf! that’s it?” it was just clips and then cliffyb was like “good luck in the tourney.”:shake:

Oh and another thing… My only intention was to just hang out, but in order for me to stay in GameStop, I had to reserve a copy of GoW2:lame:. Couldn’t go anywhere cuz I rode with my friends who were gonna compete. There was only five two-man teams in the tourney. Ended in a three-way tie I think. Me and this one guy was team red vs blue cuz I was wearing a blue shirt and the other guy wore a red shirt. I didn’t come up with that lame-ass name, one of the GameStop workers did.
And I don’t think I “officially” reserved one cuz I didn’t pay. They seemed like they didn’t care.
Winning prizes were 1600 Microsoft Points, and GoW shirts(which looked pretty sweet)
No need of gear tourney. Gears 1 had horrible net coding. Only a few people play part one now adays. Since the last patch alot of people stopped playing online.

Yeah i cant wait to play SC IV with you guys. Its gonna be fun, also another King of the hill tourney for CE, and I want to have some 3s fun, and well i wanna play GG, but i need to get good. lol I may make the next tourney an all nighter so the other players may wander over from brians…LOL
