yasha, I’m have no idea how much time as it will be set up all day LOL but I have a guy that runs big smash tournies coming down to talk to me about hosting a 50 man brawl. We get a few people who play smash as regulars but you could always learn a new game if your interested. We can teach you.

Looks like Da Bomb might be sponsering a SF4 tournament soon. Someone from there events department contacted me via Forums Hawaii thru another poster. I will fill you guys in on the details if/when things get finalized. I’m trying to get those rules tweaked.

well it is a mk3 board that has upgraded eproms to make it ultimate mk3. im not sure if thats what your asking but. i dont have the mk3 rom chips as i bought it as a ultimate mk3.
on a side note for mk3, kabal is broken as hell. probably as bad as sf 2 ce bison.
Broken = subzero.
I can show u some dirty stuff with Subzero I learned at Diversions the MK arcade in Chicago.
Subzero 1 freeze = 100 percent death.
I know version 2.0 Kabal did massive damage his main combo was like 75 percent dmg but in 2.2 the damage got nerfed big time.
I’ll see if I can buy a MK3 board off ebay if not MK3 on PS1 will have to do. Theres also a bootleg MK2 board that plays way better then the original. You can fight Kintaro or any boss at any order, along with new moves, effects and properties.
I can’t promise anything but if people got suggestions, ideas, etc let me know and I will try my best to explain it and pass that along.
Kabal is one of my favorites. But he’s easily punished. MK3 is hella fun.

That and the freeplay glitch you could abuse in the arcade.

- Learned/played mvc2 at Aiea bowl. And played XvsSF at Leeward bowl
- I am a product of Pearlridge FF CVS2 but that’s because it’s closer
- Played GGXX at Millilani even though I ended up playing against the computer

Just to let people know HVGL will be at netwerx on saturday. We are hosting a huge 50 man SSBB tourney. I will have the cab available as well as a TV running 3s. or whatever. Also maybe ill waste some time on rockband 2. lol.
lol, I won’t be able to go to the monthlies either, on Saturday, because of marching band, which conveniently lands on that day. =P
And the event for the 25th is still happening right?
yep 25th still happening, monthlies for brawl are going to become Sundays next month after I work out the details.
