I got this fight stick from them.

Ordered last Friday 4/10. Sent Express mail. Arrived @ my apartment on Tuesday, but I couldn’t get it till this morning.

Good service, smooth transaction.

I got a problem. I ordered from them using my card. It said there was an error because my card’s address was different from the address I gave them(recently moved). I was like okay, I’ll just go to my bank’s website and change my address.

Low and Behold Arcade Shock took the money out of my account for the stick even though they said on there website that it didn’t process.

My banks phones are closed right now so I can’t call customer service and I can’t find the number for Arcade Shcok on their website.

So I just ordered from them and had this same problem. I checked my bank statement online and the transaction is pending from them. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a number I can reach them at? I only found an email address on their site which I did send a message through.
