I’m about to order a MAS from them, and he responded to one of my emails within the hour, so at least I know they’re active in their business. I was told they ship using either Priority or Express USPS services, and the prices obviously vary depending on the item. I forgot to ask for a contact number, but if I have to email again I will request it.

Ordered last Friday 4/10. Sent Express mail. Arrived @ my apartment on Tuesday, but I couldn’t get it till this morning.

I got a problem. I ordered from them using my card. It said there was an error because my card’s address was different from the address I gave them(recently moved). I was like okay, I’ll just go to my bank’s website and change my address.

Low and Behold Arcade Shock took the money out of my account for the stick even though they said on there website that it didn’t process.

My banks phones are closed right now so I can’t call customer service and I can’t find the number for Arcade Shcok on their website.
