Most likely the clones will have lag. If you think about it, the reason that the Vewlix L is cheaper than the F is because it uses a cheaper model monitor(and less internals).
The clone uses even a cheaper monitor than the Vewlix L so I highly doubt that the Quimei monitor will out perform the GTT monitor.

You would think getting a Vewlix Clone for $2000 shouldn’t be a problem, but it seems unrealistic at the moment. Someone needs to get a prepaid crate of these shipped to the US and turn a little profit on them.
Group buys for arcade cabinets are always disasters…and it will always be.
Is there anywhere to buy just the monitors from a Vewlix L or F?
For the Vewlix F its possible to buy the monitor straight from taito, but its very expensive, you might as well buy the whole Vewlix F cabinet.
I’m bumping this thread since I’ve heard that the Vewlix F isn’t being manufactured by Taito any more - can anyone confirm? If true, I wonder if the Vewlix L now has the monitor that the F used to have? (I’m guessing not.)
