HARPs Differences?

Hey guys,
So I’ve been to the US and bought an Arcadestick of Hori.
I’ve been trying to tell the differences between the two but couldn’t find any appropriate answers.
I’ve bought this one:

Because the one you bought wasn’t directly from Amazon, it was a third party seller. Also the difference between the two stick is that the second one (Kai) has a bigger spacing between the joystick and the buttons.
