Maybe it’s just me, but I believe Jin is pretty execution heavy with his mental awareness. He’s a bit hard to use to me. Also Asuka, Yoshimitsu, and probably Kuma.
King…I mean look at this frame rate and wake ups just to start…he’s pretty much the SFxT version of unprotected sex, if you dont choose your moves wisely, well…you’re F***ed…
I would say charge characters and characters with multiple stances that are vital to their game. If you can find a charge character that uses stances well there ya go. 
Why dont we just say besides Ryu and Ken, everyone hard to play. =) lol

Thread is kinda pointless. Some people can play mind games so find those characters easy, some people are Desk and find execution based characters easy. At the end of the day it’s a rather pointless opinion.
I also think Kazuya is one of the harder characters, only because his EWGF is such a pain to get down consistently.
