First, crouch or jump before the bird hits the ground, and Block high.
Athena got one of the dumbest AIs ever.
Shin Akuma is much more smarter.

that game’s AI is a joke compare to Arcade version and console ports
I think for me, DJ is my least favorite computer character, he can have 2 max outs on screen at once. (one dissipating, one coming at me… still not finished) I think for the grapplers you need some reliable long range poke/fireball that murders them. I have no trouble against Gief with Bison or OGKen.
I especially hate computer Vega and Rog. Rog is like dash punch, tap, dash dash TAP etc… it’s easy to beat, but one hit=die. Comp Vega just jumps all the fuck over the place. Easy match, very annoying.
I must say that I love the ST computer though, it helps you pull off moves PERFECTLY and learn the range on pokes and what not. You also learn your safe fireball distance within 2 or 3 matches. ;p
Most annoying computer=3s. They never take a meaty, they parry a lot of shit and one hit confirms are so stupid.
ST AI is the gayest fucking gay thing ever,
fucking gay
Global Champion (even playing it on easy will make you :looney:)
War Gods
MKII
AOF2
World Heroes 2 (mostly with Dio)
In my opinion VF5’s AI is a fucking waste compared to VF4EVO’s, but since I solely play QUEST MODE to outfit my Wolf I accept it.
The worst part about VF5 is that there wasn’t any unique AI’s implemented in the game, like in VF4EVO. BunBunMaru, Segaru, Ohsu Akira etc. in VF4EVO do play a lot like their real life counterparts, doing gimmick flowcharts. VF5 has no unique AI’s.
I agree, Super Turbo is difficult and annoying as fuck, you get close to the CPU and automatic throw, and all specials are countered by the CPU.
I’m even more pissed that STHD Remix isn’t out yet, I’m sick and tired of facing the ST AI :arazz:
And I agree as well with Ultimate Gaoh, I still couldn’t beat him in the Arcade.
Akuma, when fought later in the game on 3S seemed to be pretty smart. I usually play on Max difficulty, don’t know if that makes a difference.
GG has a good AI imo, VF4 iths a good AI too, and ST is annoying
Mother Fucking TRUTH!!
VF4: Evo without a doubt. Never had my ass handed to me so consistently thanks to the AI actually playing well instead of mainly cheating.
Holy shit, that meme is being beaten to death. Just stop.
To make matters worse you used it improperly, scrub.
YOU SUCK! DON’T POST AGAIN, DOUCHE BAG!! :arazz:
I want to see vids of players beat ST, HSF2, V4EO, ECCD and all other hard as fuck AI Fighters all the way through on the hardest difficulty without loosing a single round :wow:
Imagine they make contest for those games being beat without loosing a single round and they win a prize
I’m playing ST right now, the AI makes me want to throw my stick at the screen :arazz:
Igniz
that’s how you make a boss
A3 gives me some issues, but maybe it’s because I don’t know how to play. GGXXAC difficulty is way too easy. Only problem is realy Potemkin.
Personally I don’t play the computer anymore, because it doesn’t followup things it should, so you don’t develope the mindset of avoiding certain things. I really wish more games would put in ghost data, so playing the A.I. is a learning experience.
B.T.W Waku Waku 7 on the hardest difficulty is hard, as is RBFF2. And I’m not sure why anyone hasn’t mentioned Fatal Fury 3 A.I. which is just beyond ridiculous.
Super Turbo.
Close thread.
RBFF2 is easy. try FF3 or RBFF1. ST is kinda hard on AC. SSII can be a bitch too. TS is easy cept gouki as last boss before gill is hard at times.
Mugen because its AI is customizable.
Threads like this make me wonder how anyone got to Akuma before emulators and savestates.
One dude said that it took him an entire year to beat Omega Rugal in KOF 98.
