Soft shell, definitely. Hard shell, when approached at the wrong angle, tends to jab the shit out of my mouth. Sometimes the middle gets soft if it sits too long and is more likely to crack in half. Inability to really pack food in, too much and it breaks or loses stability. Not ideal.
