I may actually host again tonight around 10:30pm. I’m not feeling well (which I’m sure everyone noticed) but I think I can hold casual/poker again. I couldn’t play until 6:00am like last night though because I need sleep and my parents are coming Sunday early afternoon to visit.

Look I don’t mean to bitch but I’ve got to say something. I enjoy having you guys over but you’re going to have to change a couple of habits.
The biggest being to stop letting the door slam. I can’t even count how many times I’ve said not to let it go. I got a knock on my door at 10:00am today from my super with a complaint about the noise. I asked if there was something in particular thinking it was us laughing or talking and of course it’s “the door keeps banging.” Well shit, I could have told her that too. It’s a very small thing but it can lead to big problems and I don’t want to just cancel casual/poker because my guests can’t show me the simple courtesy of not letting the door slam behind them.
The other problem I’ve had is the 1/2 empty pop. I have absolutely no problem with people drinking whatever is in the fridge whether it’s water/juice/pop and even my beer. But if you’re going to drink it, DRINK THE WHOLE THING! I had to throw away 3 half empty cans of coke yesterday. It doesn’t seem like a lot but that’s money out of my pocket every time you guys do it and it’s not like I’m rich by any means.
Anyway that’s it. Just try to be a little more respectful of my home.
It’s all good. It is your house, and you are opening it up to us. So it’s probably the least that we could do.
