I prefer to stick to rumble pit and firefight. I get upset sometimes at people picking the same gametype/map over and over but whatever. I really dont like zombies though. That shit is just mad stupid to me so I use those games to explore the map and shit.
I tried swat the other day and that shit was boring. Its like hardcore mode so everyone is just kinda sitting around waiting. Very boring.

I got the like mike challenge in crazy king on Asylum on monday, not super hard just do objective based rumble pit games and only kill.
My map is almost done, im getting weapon spawns in and trying to balance it a bit better, soon im going to unveil it and fun shall be had.
Im confused because bungie claims that only 1% of players are Lt. colonels and most are warrant officers, but when i play all i get is Lt. colonels, and when my friends who arent lt colonels play the get them in there games. If only 1% of players are LTS then why are they getting dropped into lower ranked games all over the place?

Hit LT Colonel the other day, I guess its time to practice some MLG maps and put some time into New Vegas. I’m not feeling Black Ops at all, so much content in Halo Reach I haven’t even touched yet like making forge maps. I’m trying to find all the Halo CE maps right now.
**Man, they improved Firefight Matchmaking dramatically.
No more killing your team.
Instead of the short round stuff, it’s a set. 3 Rounds with a Bonus at the end.
Some of that Bonus stuff is crazy as hell though, they got some where like a billion Hunters just swarm you and they have that skull on that gives them more health.
Still fun as hell though.**

Trading Halo for Black ops Ive grown tired of it. The game does not have that feel to it that made me spend hours on Halo 3 and 2. its just not that fun 
its the same game with a more skill intensive main weapon, armor abilitys should be adding to the depth of it.
Yup. I got the same thing, twice. First time I wondered out into the field to grab a Fuel Rod cannon and three Hunters appeared right in front of me. I died instantly. I changed to the camera and saw 18 Hunters converging on our last man standing.
I really like Firefight now, especially after disabling friendly fire.
And I haven’t encountered any lag since the update.
Also, has anyone downloaded the custom Halo 3 maps? I downloaded Construct, Valhalla, Guardian, Last Resort and a few others. They’re not 100% perfect but they did a damn good job for the budget they were given. They have the links stickied on Bungie.net Reach forums.

Yeah, saw it last week. I haven’t run into too many bots but when I do it’s pretty obvious. Eventually MS/Bungie catches them and does the right thing by banning them, but it’s really sad that people will go to such lengths to cheat at a game like this. Where’s the fun again?
Yeh it’s pretty sad, you can tell the guy is really crap because he can’t even get the cross hair on target
Yeah those F@G guys parodied that video haha. Also reading the Bungie forums many threads on how they cracked down on boosters and cheaters is the most hilarious shit I’ve read.

The post about the recreated OG Halo maps has rekindled my interest in Reach. I still can’t give a shit about matchmaking (blah maps + kids= no fun), but I would be interested in getting together for customs or Firefight. Add me and let’s get a full room going.

And I got The Pit and Valhalla I believe, I was mainly focused on the Halo 1 PC maps.
