Whenever Hakan does his ultras, he impregnates whoever he is fighting, man or woman.
He is one oily baby-making machine.
I wasn’t a big fan of him when I initially saw him but he grew on me very quickly.
If any drawbacks could be speculated, I imagine you need to be oiled up, and/or you can’t combo it off of a focus attack. More likely just the latter.
But that’s a good thing because Asian chicks are fine B)

i actually believe you, and yeah that does make him seem a bit more viable, i dont care what anyone says, his damege seemed very low… he aint on no honda shit, thats for sure. if his normals get buffed by oiling up then it will be better for him, but still pretty trash imho as the oil looks to be somewhat slow… but honda can get off wiffed ochios alot so…
focus while walking forward will probably either really good or not good at all…
if its good the characters with quick reactive breakers will give him a hard time… like blanka honda and viper.

The only thing that gives me pause about him is how floaty his jump looks. I hope his weird little belly-grab Ultra isn’t useless, that’s the most hilarious move I’ve yet seen in Street Fighter. Dan better watch his ass!
This is ironic because there’s pretty much no fighting game around that takes its characters and “plot” less seriously than Tekken, which is something I’ve always respected. Lee and his eighteen holes of death with the Mishimas never gets old!

why would he be able to pull FA xx Ultra if the opponent is crumpling in front of him?
From what I hear, activating Oil will significantly buff his normals.
I think in the past it used to give him hyper armor like properties, but they obviously scrapped that out.
I’m just hoping some people took pictures of his command list.
Just wish his official artwork would go up soon…
