All the people complaining about how “gay” Hakan looks, seriously get over yourself and deal with it. It’s nice to see an entertaining character that provides a new play style and a twist on the conventional mechanics of the game. I’ll admit he looks weird, and the sound effects are a bit odd, but I’ll probably give him a bit of play time.

Maybe he doesn’t have different attacks per attack button pressed, and they get stronger wit more oil, which wears out over time. Like Light punch and Fierce punch do the same move, you need oil to increase strength. This is just a guess though. Don’t quote me when I’m wrong.
Probably gets damage increases from oiling up.

^ looks like a counter to jump ins, no attack necessary. So its still like other anti air ultras (gen’s first crane, Blanka’s Second, Ken’s first, etc)

I think the looks that capcom was going for is one similar to the appearance of old Greco-Roman statues. Most classical sculpture show men with large defined curls, like Michelangelo’s David. It’s a stylized version of this classic design.
