HEy! what about mahvel!? i know there wasn’t many ppl for it on NECX but it was because the set ups were mad late and the turney was ran very late too. if you put some goods set ups for it and run it on time there will many many entrants

I’m not too sure about the paypal idea, they can be risky to work with. I’ve known on several occasions paypal has frozen accounts and funds if they deem activity too “odd” or “worth investigating” and I feel that may not be a risk you want to take with something like this.
Also what about paypal fee deductions? That’s take a considerable chunk in the end.

SB4 didn’t have problems with their paypal setup. Registering Friday night made it even easier.
At NEC everything was held up Saturday because of SF4 sign-ups, so I think this would be a good way to expedite this process. When everything is held up by 1 or 2 hours it really messes up the flow of things. You also have to think that this is a one day tournament… no time to sit around with our thumbs up our asses.

I did paypal for last years WB, only 15 or so people registered. plus to set it up paypal will charge .59 cents for every payment you recieve. Problem is paypal should only be done for registration not for individual games.
Eric if you watn I can set up my paypal for online registration again.
