Well if spectator fee is 10 bucks…can I still play casuals or must I have to pay to get in someone’s room? sorry but this is a first for me and I’m a bit confuse
The main event, Summer Jam, is held in two main rooms down in the lobby. You need to pay a spectator fee to enter those rooms. However, at night, people all up in their rooms just simply play to the late hours in the morning. (Hopefully quietly, lol, we had like 20+ in our room and had to clear out being too loud and hype.) But yeah, if you are free at night, come on by, me and my crew are in room 335. But if you want to play during the day, hardly anyone’s rooms will be open for play, because they are all in the main event. Eaither way, come down and play, $10 or free, it is an event not to be missed. If you could pull off a noon to 3 in the morning, you’ll get the most out of the GVN tournaments as possible…next to staying overnight. The hotel is simply awesome for a community aspect. You’ll see what I mean if you come by.

Also, I’m assuming that it’s too late to sign up for SSFIV, but I can still pay the venue fee to watch, right? I don’t know If I’ll go today but I might go tomorrow to watch some of the finals in person instead of on the stream. I’ve been watching streams since the game came out but I definitely want to check out the action in person.

venue is $20. Each game is between $2(side games), $5 for smaller games and $10 for the big games.
