Guys... stop falling for the chain letters... seriously

I even get some where its an invite to a game to play with them but i dont even have that person as a friend and i dont even have that game!!! :open_mouth:

Maybe I’m not understanding u. But why the hell would anyone want to pay an extra $50 every year for absolutely nothing. I really don’t see a difference in PSN and XBL. O except those snazzy Avatars of theirs’ lol!

Lol 2 days after the firmware update that allowed you to /copy text came out I had the quintessential “Forward this to everyone you know! If 100,000 people get it then Sony will put out a l4d 2 demo on psn!”

Edit: Also I have no comment on the creditablilty of this, but my Sony Fanboy friend claims that there is going to be an OPTIONAL service, where you can pay for an upgraded version of PSN sometime in 2010-2011. Take it for what you will.

Got two from the same dude i met from MW2. I deleted him.
Chain letters are effin annoying, lame, and completely stupid.
People that send them are gullible.

I’ve only gotten one, it claimed that all chain letters claiming to be from sony or infinity ward were false and they will give you 10 psn dollars if you help raise awareness by forwarding the message 5 times and it is being tracked by sony…
pretty gullible people out there.

Whats the point of them? Does the guy who started them get some gratification or info who it gets sent to(virus)? Its sad that i know i could create one and some kid somewhere would do what it says, haha like “PSN is going to start charging for online play, unless you open your PS3 and rub the insides against the carpet in your home!”

they’re annoying as hell. When I get a msg from someone I don’t know, I just delete w/o reading it. Spam is for eating.
