I set up a site to help you guys who are holding sessions (especially weekly ones).
But the site lets you set up an event and then people can click to attend. You’ll be able to see everyone who plans on attending within the event . This should help you keep track of headcount.
Not sure if it will help or not in your case since you keep the same attendees every week…and it would kind of be annoying for people to click attend every week.
Maybe you could list the regular invites in the actual event post and then use the attendee list as a waiting list…
btw don’t worry about registration, no need to put in a real email or anything. should be cake, maybe just match your SRK sn so it is easier to recognize for other posters.
