Well, I would want to get several more rj45 cables, especially Dreamcast. I had some prototype button inserts for LEDs, I know theres better options available now, especially in regards to add-on control boards. I still like the general scheme that I had, which was dim while inactive and full brightness upon activation, though I would want the 4th row buttons changed from white to yellow. How much would it be to also make it compatible on PS4? Also I kinda want to frankenstein the side panels off my backup stick. I had drawer handles installed in my stick but they’ve become loose and would rather switch out the sides from my backup TE stick so the sticks case is all black material.

Hi gummo. Is there any chance that you can repair a hori fc3 pro pad? The cord had a short in it close to the board and I tried to fix it myself. I tried stripping the wires close to the board connection and ended up ripping one out lol. Thanks
Hi Gummo. I just wanna say I’m blown away by your mods and how quickly and easily you turn them out! I found you through googling for someone to mod my arcade stick to add Xbox One and PS4 compatibility.
In your OP, it says $260 for a next-gen dual mod on any stick, that includes parts. If you modded my stick and also shipped Xbox One and PS4 pads to be used, would you charge a lower rate? Either way is fine, just wondering if I could do anything with these spares.

Awesome. Yeah, the analogs too please. Also, the taller joystick in the center is actually the d-pad and the gray button in the top right is PS/Xbox “home” button. Would you be able to add those to the next gen mods off the new PCBs as well?
I’ve been interested in doing this for a while, but is there any way you could Mod a DS4 pad to work on the 360? And if I sent you the pad, would that reduce the price?
Funny you mention this particular mod. It was the first thing I was trying to do with the first DS4 I picked up. I managed to get a 360 TE pcb to fit inside and most of the inputs wired up, but I ran into a roadblock trying to get L2 and R2 to work on the 360 side.
So yeah I kinda can. The only limitations is no analog stick and no L2/R2 on the 360 side.
I’m fine with no analog controls since I don’t even use’em, but I definitely need L2/R2 to work. Let me know if you ever figure out a way to get that problem solved and i’ll definitely look into your services then.
I have a xbox 360 mcz vs SH stick and for some odd reason when I haven’t used the xbox or the stick for a few hours when I turn the 360 back on it sometimes doesn’t catch the ID and the stick remains off. But once I plug it back in, it is recognized and gets the ID. What could be wrong with it?
Also I want to get my stick modded for ps3 and Xbox one. Is it possible to do?

Am I correct in reading the OP that it would be 120.00 to add a PS360 to my KI TE2 to make it work with last gen? And how much to add PS4 functionality to that?

For the leds I would have to install the Kaimana since its the only open source led controller board that I could use to still keep the led effect. I’d have to calc the pricing for that.
Detachable cables are $10 each.
Adding PS4 is $140.

I have a pair of sticks (TE & SE) modded by you a couple of years ago and both of them are not working consistently (sometimes they are not recognized by the 360) I want to send them to you for repair and upgrade the TE to work on Xbone.
