Yes.

How about Toryuken?

nope.

So what can we do about my FightPad? Was going to have a friend bring it to Toryuken.

can ship it back to me and I can rewire it so that it can sustain the 90 degree angle.

Gummo, if you are able to mod the Hori Fighting Edge with touch screen, is it safe to assume that it will be easier to go 360->PS3 or is pretty much a new ball game compared to the TE? I ask because I play on PS3 at home, and only want to buy the 360 one if a dual mod is considerably more possible that way.

If I’m able to mod the touch screen so it works on both systems, then it will be better to get the 360 version of the stick since it will have system auto-detection whereas the ps3 version would require holding home to switch between systems.

Okay, from what my scene can tell, there’s a loose connection somewhere, and I need a tension protector around the rj45(?) because I’m pulling the loose connection out

Cables aren’t meant to be bent at a 90 degree angle as it can cause internal breaks in the wires. I think what I can do is drill a hole in the side of the pad and have the cable coming out through the side. Since you play with the pad sideways the cable would then be coming straight out of the pad and won’t be bending.

That sounds fine by me. However, can I get a tension protector (like what’s on a PDP Versus Fighting Pad) anyway?

Dual modded a HitBox for RNSX. This HitBox is one of their newest designs, opens from the bottom instead of from the top.

Gummo is the man. Can’t wait to get my hands on this.

I feel your anticipation Bro, I had mines dual modded not too long ago. Man the anticipation was a killer!

Hey matt, I’ll be in touch soon about my free dual mod coupon from PU2012 lol.

Got a Hitbox case from Art, and will want to give it LED’s, etc etc.

If you aren’t going to UFGT8 then you’ll be missing out on some awesome prizes, made by me, that you could win.

Here’s two of 4 different controllers.

USB NES pad (with internal 1 gig thumbdrive)

That’s for my Voltech VAS-22, woohoo! I’m not too familiar with 360 PCB’s…Which manufacturer & model is that one? When hooked up to a Nintendo WiiMote, are all PCB’s going to drain the WiiMote’s battery or just the PeeWii PCB? In otherwords, will all 3 PCB’s be powered on all the time or just the PCB associated with that console? Also, will it auto-detect on all 3 consoles? Thanks & looking forward to it!

Its the madcatz brawlpad. Unfortantly the other pcbs will drain the batteries when the wiimote is on. It will have auto-detection, but the wii will have its own seperate cable.

Not to doubt your mad modding skills but can you do it like this guy did with just one PCB activated at all times so as to not drain the WiiMote as much? If so then will there be any negative repercussions doing it this method?

?!?

I could, but you really wouldn’t want to. You wouldn’t be gaining that much of a benefit for the big increase of time and money that will have to go in. The other three boards when not in use will barely drain the batteries. I measured their power use when powered and not recognized by the system. The total amount is about 27ma, which is rather insignificant. You’d save about just as much battery life if you removed the 4 blue leds on the wiimote.
