Yeah, I’ve been adding down-back to the end of my supers as an “option-select” against my own poor timing also. But that’s not the same thing as what’s happening here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jl9H88N9IoU
IMO, a better way to test it would be to record the dummy so it’s always at the same timing, and have the playable character activate the ‘OS’, because from that video I honestly just assume it was off timing that made it work the few times it did. Not saying it doesn’t work, but I’m not buying it just from what I saw.
okay nevermind, i guess i can’t get the CPU to do it when i push the button. I’m having a hard time recording the enemy to do the normal w/o the super coming out as a reversal, since they do the reversal super anyways. I guess the “reversal after a normal” is a feature in GG.
So I finally bit the bullet and got this game on XBLA. Couldn’t find a single match using a custom search, but quick match found a few with good connections. I gotta say though, I thought the netcode was going to be awful, but it’s totally usable. Seems better than KOFXIII Steam Edition online.
idk, probably Zappa. I’m not really complaining about Robo-ky, I’m just being dumb.
I wish I could devote my time to GGAC and becoming good at it, but the online is pretty dead, and no one in my local FGC seems to care about the game. Maybe we’ll see a resurgence of players when Xrd gets closer to release.
Cool. I’ve never fought Kliff before… I need more practice against him. I also need to find new BnBs for Chipp, because F+HS causes a ground bounce when used in a juggle now.
