I wish arcsys would at least tell us why things are taking so long (along with why lobbies and such didn’t show up even though they said they would).
if the +R website is any indication, +R had two people working on it. One guy at a computer, another guy eating a bowl of ramen.
Really, though… What’s stopping it? It’s not like they have to redo voice acting or anything like that. IIRC, its just a balance update with a netcode patch.
Patch approval process, bureaucracy, and niggas fucking up. Simple patches can be delayed months at a time just because one nigga fucks up.
aren’t there some left over bugs in +R? like some backgrounds causing the game to freeze? (or was that AC+?)

That’s possible. I think a lot of people on Dustloop were reporting that Order Sol’s stage on Japanese +R crashes the game. Makes sense if it’s delayed to fix that.
I wish they would give us updates, though. The last update was “sometime in the middle of August”.

I’m bad at combos. The only enjoyable things I’ve done in GG are multiple meaty 2D air juggles with Slayer, and getting people to fall onto his 2H and having it juggle several times. It’s hard to be creative.

Well August is gone so is there even a definite release date now? Or is it a oh well just import deal now.
how bad is that arcsys didn’t even learn from their release of ac+? didn’t a bunch of people complain that it was taking too long to come out for their region after japan got it? they even apologized and posted a list of countries that would get it shortly afterward (proving they had looked at a world map for once in their lives), but then pulled the same shit this time. what’s the point of making good games that you want to compete with SF4 (or whatever) and having twitter and other social media if your plan is to have many of your customers feel burned with each release
i understand that sony can be a bitch but there are other digital games that don’t have such fail release windows
The game’s coming out soon. And after it comes out, we’ll be playing it for 10+ years. There’s no urgency.
