So is this game coming out early 2014? I’m thinking about getting into Guilty Gear. Or should i just get into Chrono Phantasma for PS3 early 2014, and just get the PS4 version of Xrd later on down the line when i get a PS4. PS3 input lag scares me.
My first time playing anime fighters, i played a little of Calamity Trigger at a friends house though, liked Litchie Fei Ling( i think her name was) alot.
I was gonna buy P4A cause that game looks F***** sick, but i feel like once these two franchises come out in early 2014, they will overshadow all other anime fighting games.
Should just get Guilty Gear Accent Core off PSN when the update for it it drops (or now to get a feel for the game as the current Accent Core isn’t THAT different from the update.) It’s only 15 bucks and the coming update is free.
I want to start fresh, so i think i’ll just wait for the new games. If i did buy Accent core and wait for +R, i would rather get it on 360 anyways, PS3 has too many kids using wireless connection. Most players on 360 only have the white/elite which don’t have wireless, so everyone plays wired, thus improving XBL’s overall quality.
Example: 6-10 kids are using regular 360’s in CoD lobbies, the rest have a new wireless slim version. I think that 6/7-10 people on PS3 are always playing wireless cause it’s been wireless from the getco. Lots of people overlook this… How i got these numbers? My own personal experience from going to friends house, and asking players in CoD/BF3 PS3 lobbies for about 2 hours.
Dayam, man, try +R now. First time I got online, played some dude with literally a billion points. Next time, some dude with 1.5 billion points. Could have just unplugged my controller for all the success I had. That said, got online with other beginners and had a blast. Xrd will likely be the same. Hopefully more noobs/new recruits/beginners to move up with.
Man, as hype as I am for this game, Ky’s new hair bugs me. He looks like a girl now. 
It bugs me too, realistically someone with Ky’s facial type would never go for a ponytail. He should have made his hair slightly shorter, maybe add a goatee.
It’s alright if you want it on 360, but netplay is better on ps3.
It let’s her do a block chain and then get a free FRC attempt during her block string giving her a throw attempt / rerun into pressure. Also the FRC window extends into the first active frame of the sweep so you can hit it and FRC but it is a 1 frame option. Still not very worthwhile, but yeah.
So basically, the new system means that you can get this similar situation with all YRCable moves since the window (if I read the loketest notes correctly) is the entirety of the active frames of the move. And that’s on top of PRCs when you cancel the recovery.
Already been somewhat answered, but it’s one of the few FRC’s that have a 1F window during the active frames. Though the only other that I can think of is Axl’s 63214S/jumping over and attack move.
In a similar fashion to the Jam 2D FRC, Millia can FRC her 236S on frames 3-4, essentially allowing a FRC on all cancelable normals via canceling into the move and immediately FRCing it. Good for pressure in some instances, though I don’t have a video on hand to show you.
It’s that and the way he has it propped up. If he had it like Alpha Ken/Terry/Zero it wouldn’t look bad, but as it is now…ehh. A goatee would be an interest switch for him.
This is probably really unrelated to the topic but since I’m deciding to get into Guilty Gear AC now so that I’ll be at least decent by 2014…is starting with Venom a bit rough? He’s literally the first character I even picked and I’ll just stick with him as to not get too sucked into decision making but there is SO MUCH to learn in this game. Or is he just an advanced character to learn?
Ball formations alone (not even counting that he’s a charage character)…I’m studying on dustloop for hours before I even boot up my Xbox. I kind like all the work required to learn this stuff I hope this translates to Xrd.

The more girly you look, the wetter the girls get… mostly because it makes you look like an uke (bottom) from a yaoi show. Helps that Dizzy is current on a time out as the maiden of the grove meaning that him and Sol are basically acting as Sin’s parents in one big disfuntional yaoi family.

I’m not worried about the actual game, I’m worried about ASW’s shitty business practices that they’ve been showing lately with blazblue (IE: on disc DLC characters, frequent revisions released at full retail price with no cheaper upgrade option for those that already own the game), as well as continued delayed foreign releases ruining the scene this game could have otherwise.
Yeah. Arc should at least follow what Capcom’s been doing with the AE and Ultra updates.
That said, I do like the fact that they’ve made it so that you have a choice of either unlocking a character or just flat out buying them.
Can you unlock Kokonoe/Terumi in CP without purchase/pre-order?
