Every character has 1 cinematic overdrive. For Millia it’s obviously Winger.
EDIT: Also, Dragon Install + Tyrant Rave = Proton Cannon!
Sol’s Dragon Install look seems to be based on his transformation in GG2.
I think that’s where his dive kick came from too.
