Who cares how good a character is when you put enough execution in them? If its possible to reach a certain level with a broken character, its still broken.

Eddie was like the best character in every version of Guilty Gear, so the last person to complain about other characters being strong should be an Eddie player. Also a character being harder to use, therefore should be strongest, is a dumb argument for balance.

I really hate to sound so fuckin petty but I really thought the quality on videos for this would be better by now. It’s like I’m watching GG matches from 2006. I’m really happy for the matches don’t get me wrong, but…I wanna see the game with a clear picture, it’s such a pretty game, it kinda sucks to see it all grainy and washed out an shit :bluu:

Gotta remember that not only are they capturing from arcade cabs but they’re streaming through Nico with most footage on YouTube being rips from the stream. Even stuff streamed on Twitch doesn’t look good when ripped and reposted.
Nico is the worst service of all time. Why the hell do they use it?
Because it has servers in Japan, unlike Twitch. Same reason they use Ustream.

The videos up right now are only single matches, but they’re like the best quality i’ve seen so far.
The only thing I like about nico is it can show a better framerate than youtube. Other than that, I hate it.
Do what all of us in this side of the world do and point to Twitch’s Singapore server and pray for the best.
I really like the comment system and better frame rate. I don’t like the Premium Priority and kicking people out of streams because of limited number. I don’t like the weird time slot allocations for streams too instead of having a permanent link. But otherwise, I’d rather use Nico if I could.
So ArcSys put up a change list for 1.02 on the website for the patch that adds Ramlethal, and it seems the ability to throw bursts are back (according to google translate). I knew they wouldn’t be gone for good.
