Said it before. But Devs need to understand that if they want to make a successful fighting game, good netcode is 100% VITAL for it to live these days. Absolutely 100% no doubts.
Tell them the difficulty is vastly overrated and that it doesnât get half as hard as people make it out to be until like, mid-late in the intermediate stage.
This is so true. Forget Roman cancels and all that advanced stuff. Youâll never feel helpless in this game even from the beginning. Youâll be able to string together your own custom combos and feel like you are doing something even if you lose. It is is PERFECT in that it is easy as pie to begin but has a super high ceiling to master.
Is where ever you are have some sort of weekly fightnight or monthly tournament? I would start there. Next step would be to get to know the people and even play the same games they play. Then you pull the olâ âHey, good games, but Iâm going to go hop over in to the GG line.â
'Course you need atleast one other GG player to pull that line. Otherwise you have to resort to the much more difficult âHey, how 'bout we switch to this game?â
Also, I just notice that SRK doesnât let you list your location in your profile anymore. I just added mine to my sig. Youâd be surprise how often I got PMs from someone who noticed my post while lurking a GG thread.
I hope a brand new Guilty Gear will bring in new fans like Blazblue did. I hope story mode is ballinâ to pull in the Japanese casuals so tons of my favorite artists will put out more doujin for comiket. In before Ky x Sin BL. Thanks fujoshits. Iâd rather Boku no Bridgetoads pls.
