Guru is a good example of how it’s impossible to use online to gauge your skills. While he is by no means free, I feel I have a decent chance to win. But if we were in the same room, would I get smoked? Or would he? Even though we’re across the country from each other, our connection is relatively fine. But there is no way to tell how much lag helps or hurts us in our sets. It’s definitely a factor, though.
Which reminds me, we should play again soon!

Yeah that was some vggs last night! Your friend used like 5 different characters but I think his best character against me was his Ryu. I wasn’t really able to form any type of defence or offence against him so I guess you could say I was turtling by default.
