With 10 confirmed entries, it looks like me/Gerjay/Cyrus/Alex/Samir and Quan/Shaun/Eric/Jay/Stephen. The problem is that there’s an entire extra group of people that I’d like to see come, especially the heavy hitter 3S players. Is Roger driving his own car? That’d add an extra 3 seats (assuming he was willing to take people). I have no problem renting a van, it opens up two more spots. The ideal situation would be to add a third car though. Any thoughts?
Roger is driving his own car down, and he’s taking Adil, and possibly Cito. That would mean he has 1 spot open.
I’ll stick with Quan’s car as long as I don’t die.
Alright so if Roger’s in we’ll save everyone some trouble and put Jiggabry with him.

If no one else wants in, that’s what we’re looking at. Now here’s the situation if we have more people. I can rent a van. It adds two more spots. From the look of it, AdamB will be taking one of them. Antoine hasn’t got back to me in ages but if he wants that 7th spot it would be his as it was offered first. After that it’d go to Nazir -> Chun -> Mo (order they asked to join us).
Justin is it possible if you can book a room for us? I’ll front the money if needed, ill collect from the rest of the guys.

With AdamB coming in and at least one person being added for sure (either Antoine, Nazir, or Chun) we’re going to have to do some re-shuffling. Bryan asked to ride with me and with the switch to the van I can accomodate that. We’re going to have to sort out the logistics of getting the east end guys over to this side of town as well.
Stephen; are you able to drive a group of guys up here that morning? I know you’re riding with Quan for the trip but if you can drive up to my place again it would get everyone to Hamilton and then we can add everyone to the “trip cars” and take off.
We’d also pitch in for the gas $ as well

The team is locked up. Assuming no one drops out, we have a 16 man team attending across three vehicles. We’ll definitely have to do some shuffling to make it all work but nothing I anticipate being a major issue.
Check the tourney thread, I’ve put out a challenge for an 3rd Strike Exhibition Match between Eric/Adam/Jay/Antoine/Samir against the rest of the field. Should make for some fun matches.
I’ll be doing the reservations for hotel rooms tomorrow (Thursday). Considering this a last warning if you’re in or out because I can’t get refunded on discounted online bookings.
