Quan; If you’re serious about going then I’ll take you. I set pretty specific rules for getting a spot with me and I’m not doing a 180 because you may or may not be sure.
Bryan; if you’re planning to attend, I suggest getting permission from your mom ASAP. If she says you can go then have the $30 for registration next Saturday. I’ll pop by your place before heading to the Rama trip and pick up the cash. I’ll register you that night when I get back online.

I was reading the evo threads, and i was just wondering wtf do these mean?
evo east : (Top 8 bypass pool play at EVO Worlds in Las Vegas, NV in August 2007)
evo north : (Top 8 move to Finals in EVO Worlds in Las Vegas, NV in August 2007)
The pools are round robin tournies that weed out 80% of the players for the semi-final bracket. Each pool usually has at least 2 top players and 5 other non seeded players. The winner of each pool gets put into the winners bracket of the semifinals and the 2nd place player gets put into the losers bracket of the semifinals.
So basically, if u come top 8 in evo east/north, you automatically get put into the top 32 bracket in evo world, bypassing the pools altogether.
So by saying that, you mean me you and k2 will have to attend evo world as well? 
On a more serious note, me n k2 will be going unless some gay shit happens… wanna go evo world too? we wanna play some JPs and get ass raped lol

Bryan & Stephen; I need to know what games you’re entering so I can register you. Deadline is in two days so please find me ASAP so we can get that over with.
Ideally what I’ll need is for the Toronto guys to meet up with me either in Hamilton or a closer spot as it doesn’t really make sense to drive out to Toronto and back. I’ll pick up Gerjay & Bryan the night before when I finish work and bring them back here. I’d prefer to leave early on Friday as casuals start at Noon and I’d like to get in some free games before the tournament starts. Maybe a 5am or 6am start time?
To the surprise of no one, I got a bunch of PM’s after I posted the final list asking for spots if someone drops out. Thing is everyone on that list either registered themselves or were registered by me and it’s non-refundable so that’s not going to happen.
To those of you that want to go to EVO East, I suggest co-ordinating either through this thread or the Toronto thread. I’m sure there are enough Marvel and/or 3S players that would like to try their luck on a bigger stage. Personally I’d like to see Samir go to EVO East as a complete unknown and tear the place up. Have fun co-ordinating.
