Open up the internets and poke around for awhile. There are 3 different universes of GTA. Outside of a few easter eggs or things they kept around for shits and giggles or player familiarity, they are largely unrelated.

Unless having a girlfriend gets you some kind of extra perk or missions or items or whatever than no thanks I have enough dealing with mine irl.
edit: they need more stuff to do underwater with scuba gear and harpoons and fighting on abandon subs in shit like Black Lagoon, that would be awesome.

Because I beat the game, and instead of wearing it out and trying to ‘master it’, I figure I’ll wait for the DLC to come out and redo the game then.

Lol, meanwhile I’m still over here shooting down copters with exploding bullets and driving cars LINED with C4 into intersections right before bailing.
Still haven’t even beat the story. 
I was at a friend’s place over the weekend, and I really thought the port thing was exxagerated, but nah the 360 version is kinda ass. Pop ins galore, and consistent freezing.
I hope heists are really hype. I remember giving up on Online after the thing failed to work for more than 20min the week after launch.
Strange I never had ANY issue with mine (360). It just takes 13 years to load hahah)

Yeah I had it on both PS3 and 360 and I haven’t seen any major or consistent graphical issues on either system.
Everyone was going through bullshit the night of the Online launch, though. IIRC it didn’t work until close to 2 days after its release.
Not sure when developers are going to stop overestimating the capacity of their servers like that…Nintendo did that shit with Pokebank too…wouldn’t common sense dictate that if your game sold millions just within the first few hours of its release, you should probably expect that all of those millions of people are going to try and hop as soon as the online drops…especially considering that it’s free.
I’ve never had any issues on 360. Though I do have a theory that older xbox models can’t handle the game
I’ve had popins a whole lot on ps3, but I think that’s because it installed when I first put the disk in?
Generally it doesn’t bother me because GTA is so crazy it HAS to be a video game so it’s not very immersive imo, and the framerate is super stable–which is what I really look for in games.
Yeah I have an OG elite and it freezes from time to time. For some reason it only happens when I’m in the middle of actually having fun playing the game which is very rarely these days.
