I’m debating starting over. I’ve missed so much shit.
I didn’t know that Franklin had a GF…like I never use the phone for shit outside of “Gettin Money Nicca”
My money feels lower than it should be for where I am - the only property I’ve purchased so far, I think Franklin bought hte bong on the water joint.
I dunno, after reading here - am I really missing anything by not randomly calling people up (it’s not like anyone picks up anyway)? I’ve already stopped doing assassination missions, but I’m already like 3 deep including the first. How many are there?
And is there a way to completely replace your stock/hero car? I figure I can buy a garage to keep shit in, but I want something that’s going to follow me around all the time (Porsche I’m looking at you)
She’s in his house talking to him when you randomly switch to Franklin (this only happens once though). After bank heist, he’s talking to her on the phone while he’s in the strip club. Not to mention, she showed up again at the beginning of the save Lamar mission. Its literally impossible to not know about her. She dumped him anyway… the homie Franklin can do way better. The hookers on the same street as Franklin’s old crib is 10x hotter than her.
You ain’t missing much from phone calls. I randomly called Jimmy with Franklin and they had a convo. Stuff like that is scarce though… its mostly straight to voicemail with everybody else.
I’m personally happy I started over. I’m saving money + making more. Missions feel more fun when you know what to do and when to do it. I haven’t died as much.
Maybe it’s because I almost never ‘switch’. I only switch when the game forces me to do so or I’ve cleaned out someone’s missions. I’ve never recalled seeing her, and I’ve never switched to Frank in the club, just talking about being drunk outside the club.
And fuck FIB. Steal 8 mill, walk away with 400k each :bluu:
fuck Dom to. I don’t want to do any of that shit.
And where can I get the scuba gear? I’m stil ltrying to get to the guns in the water.
Man, i don’t know if i should start over or not, i am right now on the part where Trevor kidnapped hte mexican dude’s wife.
But seeing that i already wasted like 2 assasination missions besides the story one , i am a little annoyed about it
The problem is that is about like 15 hours of gameplay per character so i don’t know.
@unreallyistic the only way I know to get scuba gear is by getting out of the submarine. But a huge issue is that the sub can’t get to the Alamo sea on its own merits. You have to airlift it with a cargo bob from that pier Trevor can buy. But its too close so you have to move it Away from the pier, get out of the sub, MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE DOOR ON TOP by walking into it from the front, then pick it up with a cargo bob. And fly it over and drop it. It you don’t close the door on top, water gets in the sub when you drop it into the water, and it sinks making you go get another one. You take off scuba gear as soon as you touch land so that’s why you can’t go get it then drive over there.
There is nothing special down there though. By the time you have the money and the means to do all that, you’ve already unlocked all those weapons and have all the ammo you desire.
What’s up with the races? Seems like people are cheating or something since I see them fly off the course and bounce back in all glitch like.
Slightly salty about this online experience so far, can’t even get a revenge kill because some how I get killed by one shot.
the chopper control is HORRID… planes i have them on lock… hell i jacked every plane in the game already… but a chopper is like WTF especially having to pick up or drop off ish pure launchpad mcquack watching me in a helicopter
Helicopters aren’t hard to control in flight really. Its just that flying in a straight line or trying to land makes it bounce around like there is an orgy going on in the back. Effectively makes the buzzard useless now
I can get from point A to B, but don’t ask me to turn, don’t ask me to stop, don’t ask me to do ANYTHING but get up in the air, hold forward and go. Anything else is off the table will somehow end with me running into a building while doing a 360 trying to just turn around so Lester can take a damn picture (Google Maps son…).
And that damn biological weapon mish with the big helicopter? ‘Drop it on the truck’?
I’d much rather just land, steal a forklift from somewhere in Los Santos, drive that sumbitch all the way to Sandy Shores, then lift it up and put it on the truck.
Planes aren’t too much better…I cna fly pretty OK with them, but landing is a struggle like Rick Ross walking ‘past’ KFC and not going in…
Shrug - the last time I remember doing a fly mish was the original GTA3…I don’t like them and avoid them as much as possible I take that back, I think I did flying in VC and it actually was OK
