I seen that video at Wondercon yesterday, they said there will be another trailer out later. It looks really good so far, shit was loud as fuck in there too.

Everybody got a Green Lantern Movie T-shirt as well that I ended up giving to my daughter because it looked suspect. LOL

Yeah considering that WB is heading towards doing a Justice League movie, I say DC is gonna fail hard.
As far a movies goes its Marvel>DC. DC has only Batman to keep them afloat and thats it.

Love the FX, but the new lantern looks pretty ass.

I’ve got my collection of rings on standby. TRU just started selling the movie ring along with the movie GL. Pretty cool.

If they make a GL/GA movie at some point, I for one will be proud to bow to my new DC overlords.

I like that they’re (apparently) focusing a lot on the sci-fi/fantasy angle. A lot of superhero movies make the mistake of glossing over that stuff to get to the action sequences.

I never read the comic religiously, but I my friend who’s a big fan lent me a bunch of his issues years back in high school (mostly Hal and Stewart). I’ve never seen that issue where Stewart does that, but Stewart and Hal create mundane stuff most of the time.*

*Unless it’s a “big finish”, like when they create like armor/swords or a drill near the end to seal the deal.

Wow he actually uses his powers in this. Energy machine gun and double ball ‘n’ chain attacks, pretty cool.
