Damn I was watching the trailer and thought it was Parallax and hoping it WASN’T. I havne’t followed the comic closely in YEARS, but Parallax is kind…‘big time’ to start off with.

I’m still not in love with the GL costume.

I still think Idris needs to play John Stewart…

But despite all that I’m actually hoping it turns out to be a good movie…though I havne['t seen an once of reviews yet which is either really good or really bad…

so I was right the movie is either good or bad and so far its looking BAD.
Storyline…average…typical boring origin
Acting…subpar - Deadpool’s heart isn’t in it or something
Script…trash

but its got special effects…
torn on what to do now…I usually will see movies that get bashed a little but its current RT score is a friggin 24…thats a bit extreme. Hangover II at least cracked 35…

I saw the review on Aint it Cool and its not looking good for DC’s big movie. Seems like Marvel DEFINITELY got the superhero genre on lock.

Yeah, as of now, all the reviews are KILLING this movie.

DC, you can’t ride on Batman forever…hell, you can’t even ride on him for more than one more movie. I suggest you’d find a way to make a not sucky non-Batman movie soon. You don’t have the DCAU backing you up anymore either, you HAVE to get it done on the Movie front.

From the reviews…it seems it will not take much. I feel bad, because I’m sure Ryan Reynolds worked his ass off for this, and I’ve been hearing he’s the only good part of the movie.

Oh the movie will do good but I don’t think its gonna get the numbers that DC wants. This will definitely make that Justice League movie idea shaky as of now.
