I was getting sick of constant frameskip, so I started messing around.Not sure which of these worked, but my frameskip is much reduced now.

No I played on GGPO for quite a while from around 08 to the end of 09, it was nice to play old games :[
there was noticeable input lag even after fucking with my usb ports and using xp. I always wondered how people can play seriously on ggpo so I just thought it was a bunch of broke scrubs that didn’t know any better.
Is anybody gonna actually tell my why ggpo is better with actual points or is this just what the cool kids what everyone to think?
online play is better on ggpo. you’re right that there’s some lag associated with playing any emulator on Windows but the difference in netplay between GGPO and OE makes up for it
OE is better for offline than FBA (emulator behind GGPO) though

I actually prefer Windows 7 basic, much more speedy on my piece of shit computer.
Windows 7 basic is definitely better. Aero adds input lag, drops frame, all sorts of crazy shit. it’s crazy shit.
I’ve got a buddy I play on GGPO sometimes. we cannot make it run more than a few matches at a time without crashing when we have Windows 7 Aero enabled. say no to Aero.
