Biweekly happens every 2 weeks. Semimonthly is twice a month. If it were truly every 2 weeks, then there’d be some months where there would be 3 AR’s. The difference is slight, but one term is more correct than the other. I guess in that case, one is the correct term, and the other, well, just isn’t. =D

I’d like to challenge all RR regulars to step up and show they really care about their community.
As you may or may not know, there was originally only one monitor at last weekend?s AR. If it weren?t for Jeff (who brought that monitor) going out and spending over $200 to buy another monitor, we would have been SOL.
What I?m proposing is this: Everybody pitch in what they can to buy a community monitor. It will be a top notch Evo monitor (ASUS VH236H) that will be housed at Rex?s for RR play and hook-up?s, but available for anyone to borrow (if they?ve chipped in) for their own hook-up?s/monitor emergencies. It will also prove useful at Kiet?s, and of course, AR?s.
I am willing to match, dollar-for-dollar, all amounts up to $100. I?ll buy the hdmi cable as well.
All I ask in return is that I get the venue fee deduction for it until I recoup some of my $100; at which point we could even start the process again if we feel the community needs more.
I can?t even imagine the mess that would have been if the last AR turnout was anywhere near the norm. Can you imagine 25-30 fighters and only one monitor? Nightmarish.
Anyway, it?s time to step up and show Jeff that we don?t take him or his services for granted. He does so much for us, and we do so little for him.

Hey peeps. Show up to Ogres this Saturday so that we can train for Evo. I was going to have the battle camp at my crib, but I don’t want to clean up for 20 mofos lol. This will be a straight 12 hour session of casuals to level up the community for Evo. As with AR, $5 at the door unless you bring a system/tv. We’ll have the entire front side of the store, so come early and bring the hype.
