Gah! I finally got everything in yesterday, and this stupid capture card can’t handle 1080p input. It can do 720p and 1080i. It can even handle 1080p on ouput, just not input. Weaksauce!
Guess that’s what I get for not thoroughly reading the documentation.

Yep. It can also be set to 1080i, but I want it all! 
The Evo monitors are known to lag if you give them component video and not hdmi. I don’t know if there will be any problem running 1080i instead of 1080p. I really doubt it, but you never know. I guess I can bring all the stuff, and then we can give it a try. (Lagless play is obviously more important than recording.)
I guess I should ask… Is the monitor already in? It’d be silly for me to drag this computer over if it’s still being shipped in or something.
Ya, it’s here. What about vga? I don’t have the cable for that yet, but I plan on ordering one soon.
I don’t know. All I remember reading were reports that component caused problems, while HDMI was lagless. (As lagless as you get on an LCD, I guess. Everybody seemed to like it.)

I started looking at some of the footage, and it looks pretty good. Hopefully I can get a raid array in there and I can capture in even higher quality. (Not that it will matter much on youtube. 720p30 with heavy compression is the best it can do, I think.)

Can’t you just remove that by going to: Tools, Internet Options, Security, Restricted Sites, Sites, then highlight and remove YT? :chainsaw:
