I went to 3 best buys, a circuit city and a gamestop, and none of them had it…then I got home and walked to the gamestop a block from my house, and they had DOZENS of fucking copies.
Anyways, damn, this game is fucking awesome so far…I didn’t play much, but my roommate and I were laughing our ass off at the character interactions…voice acting is fucking awesome, and all the Russianish brings back good memories. The Russian clothes shop at the beginning is actually playing popular Russian band music. I swear I can spend all they speeding really quick and jumping out of cars at high speeds and get my $60 bucks worth of this game…shit’s hilarious.
Just unlocked the third island. Just a warning, I used the chopper cheat code, and I can’t get the clean the mean streets achievement. Which is fine, cause I’m going to play again, but it gave no warning it would block that. I know when you use other codes it’s supposed to tell you, but that’s the only cheat I’ve used. I did ALL the vigilante missions and didn’t get ANYTHING.
What are you suppose to do in the game after you do missions for Vlad until you don’t see his icon on the map anymore? After the Ivan the not so terrible mission, I’m not stumbling onto anything. People are calling me to hang out & go on dates, but that’s it. I’m just wandering around aimlessly.
what i did was try to cross to an island i have unlocked. it automatically gives u 6 stars.
i used the raised subway station in bohan and crossed over on foot to aloquin. i got on the tracks by jumping from a higher freeway down to the train tracks. once i got the six stars i just crouched and hid for the 4 minutes.
if you unlocked all the islands before attempting this, i just started a new game and did this.
After I took Roman to the strip club, Roman’s icon finally appeared on the map again, and led me to the kill Vlad mission.
So what’s the best way to get a cop car without causing too much commotion? I haven’t seen a police station anywhere in the game yet. So I’m guessing the chics you can date over the internet will continue to turn you down until you ‘move up in the world’?
None of the characters are touching the funny that came from the SA cast ('cept maybe Bernie) but everything seems more relevant so doing the missions are more enjoyable.
i wish the cops werent so quick to arrest your ass. I cant push a nigga down without getn a fuckin star. Then i usually get mad bc of this and end up goin on a spree with the AK or Shotty.
