You know, I didnt enjoy this as much as I thought I would. Maybe I gotta try it again after some training mode time. But its deeply bothersome.
Looking forward to getting back to this game tonight. Haven’t played since last week. Still need to figure out a char to play.

I didn’t get much training mode time.
I was also doing one button hit confirms so EAD.
Its the walkspeeds. They bothered me in the beta. Played a bunch of games and they bothered me there too.
Wish they’d all walk a bit faster.
I was getting fucking bodied in Ranked … then I picked Percival and started beating the fucking shit outta people.
Yeah i need fast walk speed, Lancelot does that.

Which is why I probably need to lab it for a bit and get used to it.
Ladiva just felt slow to move constantly. A lot of characters also felt like I was fighting my stick to move them forward.
So its one of those personal peeve things. I liked the spot dodge and roll as movement options. Super Jump felt goofy but I’m sure there’s reasons for it. Doesn’t feel like the game is mechanically bad just…walk forward faster. Like damn, just move forward faster.
You should play narmaya since she plays similar to zeku lol

I can’t.
She was the first character I played against online. From that I know have a negative association that all people playing her are just cunts.

Lol, I was thinking she’d be his main for sure.
Settled on Pervical. Digging around YT for matches and I found a set of Percival vs. Lancelot. About halfway through I actually look at the player names and I think the Lance player was Ves. Made Lancelot look damn good.

Question: there are universal option select against Lancelots EX reversal, right? I got beat pretty bad by my training partner’s Lance yesterday and the best response I found was to hard read the teleport and air throw him, which obviously looks cool but is pretty unreliable and unrewarding.
you can jab and hold and up and tap throw and you’ll auto combo on block and air throw on whiff. I tend to do a lot of non reversal ones to throw people off.
Also this OS is really bad if he spot dodges.

Did you try it against her cl. 5H instead of 2h?
