I like the way Bullcat use ex tatsu just like srk. People will say u r dead if u miss, well if a shoto miss a srk, he is dead too…
the difference is that with a dp, you can just hit it at any point in the enemy’s jump and be fine. With Gouken’s tatsu, you have to hit them as close to you as possible or risk them falling out of it and being able to most likely punish you with a quick rise and a fast counterattack. Don’t get me wrong, I use ex.tatsu and lk.tatsu often enough as antiair, but it’s definitely much higher on the difficulty-of-timing meter than a simple dp.

yea I was pretty repetitive with my blockstrings. Nice cammy vid, I think she may be the toughest matchup for gouken. It’s dangerous to tech, ex demonflip is usless in close range,
Cammy is a tough as nails match for Gou, but I really feel it shows off the SF4 game engine balances. Cammy is quick as hell, has low life and lots of good options for block stings, invincibility frames, etc. What she lacks at distance is fully made up with her annoyances up close, especially with EX stocks.
Gouken, on the other hand, hits like a TANK! One Cammy mistake and she’s eating pain train to the tune of ~40% of her life.
40%?? if you ever hit her with the 800 stun or so combo, and time a safe jump against her, and she makes a mistake, thats gg.
try just throwing out a random standing HP against cammy’s dive shenanigans. it will hit her in mid air, works wonders
also works pretty well against rufus dive kicks
After I changed to Japan flag, my PP drop from 3800 -> 2900, these guys have the right skills I could say. e.g. one of Blanka match, he is only 1800PP, but he does cr.LK, cr.LK, cr.LP -> blanka roll, like everytime its a combo. WTF?
