Any tips on fighting Ibuki, I mean really good Ibuki’s .

I also have come to loathe the Ibuki matchup. She can shut down Gouken’s zoning with the threat of neckbreaker. Up close she can put on the pressure all day. If the Ibuki player knows the matchup and how to play against Gouken it is a nightmare for the old man. I know it’s the wrong thread but any insight into this matchup would be greatly appreciated.
Especially against Guile, I find that Jumping Roundhouse works well because its an axe kick and comes down on the opponent while they’re coming up. I use that and jumping MP on Guiles after jumping over their Sonic Booms , if they always try to throw, the Roundhouse puts Gouken’s body (hittable boxes) way behind the attack, so i use it if I guessed that the opponent’s going to pursue my jump in attack by air
If you are stuffing flash kick with j.hk the Guile is doing the wrong flash kick to anti-air (hk instead of lk). But I don’t usually jump with j.hk. I probably should.
