not once did u throw any AA hp gohadou,and cody did nothing but jump in all day…you need to relax you were all over that place , with no really game plan and burning ex metter on useless ex demon flip. and that wake up ex tatsu was so random… should find a decent cody… and try to learn the match up. i can tell you one thing i see alot of gouken doing is constatnly doing ex demon flip when they got lead. for what i have no clue…just chill and zoneeeee. dam i played 1x in 3months. so iam know iam beyond rusty. zone zone zone Goouken has the best Fb mind game set ups all day in super…i cant stress that enough. you seem be nervous and hiting buttons constantly all the time. take a deep breath and relax man.
omg…that guy vid…iam speechless on how the hell you 1 that. that guy was horrible…that fight was randomness all over. you gotta realx you wasteing ex meter on ex FBs just randomly throwing them out there. you seem way too eager, and tense…is it that serious, maybe i just having played in a min lol.
ryu fight you seem more calm at the end…and i so new it was gonnna be a wake up or random UC ftw lol. i usally use denjin in that those fights ryu,ken,sagt. jsut zone and lam eit out all dam until i pal m thru a few fbs and have lead and zone.
The forward safe jump is just as obvious imo. I DO think the GF Throw makes that set up a bit more dangerous, but that’s something I tend to hold on to as well. I tend to try and save a few things that I didn’t do or have the chance to do during the course of the match as a surprise for later. I do think there was some mix up opportunities with the GF loop that I didn’t get to b/c I was choosing to cross up instead. That’s def. something I need to implement more, I need to make sure that I’m using the safe jump > ? as my primary, and the cross up safe jump > as my secondary, and mix up from there.

Besides i just looked and browse gouken thread yesterday for the first time in over 2-3 months.
nahhh, not really. ive been so out of it since ive got no 360, too busy with school and working .Sometime Nov. ill try to get anew 360 and maybe my 1st T.e.

i got my boi that works at the pawnshop, so i can pick one up for 70-80 with a 60gb hd. Just gotta start working again. I kinda want the new black 360. But right now anything will do fuck it and i still nee a stick as well.

I mess around with Ken and Akuma and thinking about picking up Guile for counter pick purposes, but for the most part if I can’t beat whoever you got with Gouken then I probably can’t beat you at all.

Thought I’d share some vids of a few fights. As always any feedback is appreciated. I know i still need to work on my FA as i do it way too much. Also i have a problem getting my tech throws properly. I’m assuming my timing is off but not sure if its too early or too late. I hate getting thrown. Its so degrading lol.
some nice stuff at some points man, just a couple of things i thought you could improve, maybe use ex demon flip on wakeup for invulnerability, its still not safe against people who know how to punish it, but its a hell of a lot safer than ex tatsu (if you miss)
also a few beasty combo’s from ex palm were missed because you did lp’s > lk instead, noticed you had a few bars of ex when landing some jump-in attacks, somthing to think about, also er might need a bit of work on your hit confirms, hp > ex palm is coming out too much when they’ve blocked, focus’s arnt as frequent as i thought they would be but i had a problem with that too ha, as long as you keep dashing out and dont let the attack come out and miss its not so bad. you have some good anti-air timing with the c.hp, somthing im balls at so i envy that, good work
some really nice stuff in there though man, loved the bit after the stun with sak even if it did take up a whole super bar haha
but then again maybe you should have more opinions off some seasoned pro’s, you have more bp then me so I wouldnt take my advice too seriously

Thx for the tips bro and thx for the compliments. The reason I use jab strings every now and then is to change it up a bit. I’m trying new things to see what works and what doesn’t. I really wanna improve my game hence y I post my fights up here. But ur right I do need to work on my hit confirms cuz I’m wasting bars for nothing. My biggest problem is my defence. I’m okay with zoning but once they get in I’m pretty useless from there. Any help from u fellas is appreciated.
As for the combo against sakura I was just fudging around lol. I know it was a waste of bars but whatever lol.

Ps. BP’s don’t mean too much man. I’ve lost to guys with a few hundred and beat up guys with a few thousands. It’s all about skill and strategy. Which is something gouken is really difficult with…well with all the damn guessing lol.
