Lol it’s all good bro I’m not out for blood. I just felt like you hopped fresh and came suave to that tourney just to kick my ass. And that probably was the case too. But we’re gonna get a nice one in soon whether it’s on bracket or casuals. And yea I feel you gotta actually play real matches in this game frequently to be super tight. Not necessarily have a bunch of people in your scene that play, but the ones that do prob need to be able to switch up varying styles and maybe use a few charas decently. It’s why I think that there might be a few upsets at FR because everyone might not used to EVERYthing. And there’s some players that are wild, yet solid. And that combination could really fuck some shit up. Especially in a 2/3 set.
Crystal: I stopped playing KOF after the first month…no one really plays it around here and Fight Nights are random so I haven’t really touched it…I’ll play it if people ask but I completely stopped awhile ago…online being so piss poor is another culprit (just like how Tekken died here) we need to have some sort of substitute…

Im just now getting into kang…just tryin to find characters that i like to play with. Im sure that if chris and jake had to choose between playin AE vs kang, they would pick kang…ill be getting there pretty soon…but nowhere near tourney level in time for FR.

I bought my PS3 in january 2 years ago and the flood happened in may so they only have 4 months of use, actually much less than that cause I only used the PS3 to watch blu ray movies… so needless to say they are in perfect shape…

We got a decent crew and that’s just MidTN, no cookeville. I know Knox isn’t really messing with the game tho and yes, as you said online is spotty to say the least.

Some people already got advance copies, then some stores broke street date, and of course the pirate leaks. I know how you feel about spoilers but there’s a vid up of the World Tour walkthrough, with character intros for events and a Griff boss battle. I called it back in SSX 3 that this would happen. That the little twerp would grow up and try to be the Lebron of this shit. Prob gotta find and take every shortcut to beat his ass too. I haven’t watched any of it though.

And yea Allegra was that beeotch. I can understand not bringing back some of the OG and Tricky characters because we’ve moved past that “boogie-down phase” and OT and Blur newbies were slick weak. But Allegra was on the fucking cover. I guess they simply thought they had a similar archetype in Zoe but Allegra and Zoe aren’t the same. Zoe is a roughhouse butch who probably hates men, undoubtedly lesbo, and collects scorned women for her army. Allegra is just a tomboy raw hipster chick that the series needed. The new charas aren’t much either. Alex is probably the best imo. Devs said they made her as a “anti-Elise”. Tane is just a Brodi clone and surfer dude for modern generation. Ty is just a Norwegian younger Nate who isn’t as rugged. In which case he’s really just Tyson from OT, who actually was Nate’s younger brother.
Cast is good batch of OGs though. I don’t really expect much DLC. Eddie thing was just to give GStop some bizz. If anything DLC tho, I’d want some outrageous runs or cityscapes like classic Pipedream or Tokyo Megaplex. The real world locales look amazing. But you can’t beat those throwback fantasy tracks.
